P-Stubbz801, born Jacob Finney, started writing rap lyrics at just 15 and a half years old while still in high school. Often sidetracked in class, he channeled his energy into music, dreaming of sharing his voice with the world and leading his own movement. Performing under the name "Pumpkinstubbz," he initially tried to brand himself as "Romulan Goo Ent," though the vision didn’t take off at the time. In 2012, He took a long hiatus from music to face personal challenges, including struggles with alcohol, as he worked to understand the realities of life. By 2021, he reignited his passion, organizing a birthday event featuring J-Tek of The Utah Konnect, which motivated him to return to music and rebuild his home studio. P-Stubbz has never shied away from controversy. In 2022, he dropped The One & Only, produced by DJ Hoppa, a diss track that called out bullies but led to his ban from a live-streaming app. Despite the setback, he kept pushing forward, determined to create music that reflects his raw, unfiltered voice. Now, in 2023, He continues to make waves with his latest release, Call 'Em Out Classic #3: Listen Up, a hard-hitting track that cements his place in the underground scene. With a relentless drive to reshape the future of independent music, P-Stubbz801 is proving he’s not just another artist—he’s a movement in the making. P-Stubbz isn’t aiming to be the next anyone. He’s forging his own path, unapologetically real and relentlessly determined.
