Narcissism, Neoliberalism & the NPIC | What Makes Work

Are nonprofits really a better workplace compared to for-profit companies if you want to change the world? I went from working in the highly-paid consulting industry to a small, under-resourced nonprofit and now support myself working a part time job in retail.
