Curlyn Arnold aka Pupa Curly is a socially and politically conscious edutainer & social justice activist. Over the years Pupa Curly has stayed true to his name ‘Pupa’ which is synonymous with father, teacher, mentor, and counselor.
After break-out hits like ‘You Must Wake Up’ & ‘Crack is a Killa’, the Belizean born veteran music artiste went on to release a slew of regional and international hits like ‘Dem Say Dem Free Mandela’. His most recent album GRIOT addresses current issues like police brutality, senseless wars, and questions the existence of true democracy with songs like Can't Breathe, War War War, and Democracy Weh?. After his first visit to the African continent, the widespread poverty Pupa witnessed led to the Afro-Punta hit singles Wake Up Mama and Going Back Home, which became the theme song for Wakanda One City of Return.
