La prière (Salât) constitue le devoir le plus important d'un Musulman.
C'est le second des cinq piliers sur lesquels repose l'édifice de l'Islam.
Le Messager d'Allah, sala Allah aléhi wa salam, a dit :
«L'Islam consiste en ce que tu dois : Témoigner qu'il n'est d'autre divinité qu'Allah, et que Mouhammed est Son Envoyé, accomplir la prière rituelle, verser la zakat (impôt rituel) et accomplir le jeûne de Ramadhân, ainsi que le pèlerinage à la Maison d'Allah si les conditions de voyage rendent la chose possible».
La Salât occupe une place qui vient immédiatement après l'Attestation de Foi, et Allah le Très Haut dans Son Livre Saint, le Glorieux Coran, nous exhorte à maintes reprises :
{ Accomplissez la Salât }
Notre bien aimé Prophète, sala Allah aléhi wa salam, nous a enjoint durant toute sa vie d'être très consciencieux vis-à-vis de cette prière. Même quand il fut dans son lit de mort, il nous a chargés de toujours prendre le plus grand soin de ce pilier fondamental de notre religion.
La Salât est une prière ordonnée, chaque musulman, homme ou femme, doit la pratiquer. Riches comme pauvres, aucune excuse n'est valable pour celui qui néglige de faire sa Salât régulièrement, car l'islam nous accorde toutes les facilités, tant et si bien que si l'eau fait défaut pour les ablutions, il nous est permis d'avoir recours au «Tayammum » (ablution sèche).
Et si, contrairement aux coutumes établies, quelqu'un ne peut se conformer aux divers gestes, postures et mouvements, pour cause de maladie, il lui est permis de prier par des signes. ( avec la tête, ou les yeux...)
Il ne nous est pas autorisé de la différer, même sur le champ de bataille ou sur notre lit de mort, une négligence vis-à-vis de la Salât entraîne une punition sévère. C'est un acte d'adoration si important que celui qui y renonce est considéré par la majorité des Savants, comme kouffar (mécréant)... Les savants ont pu déduire cela de la sourate 9 [At tawba-le repentir ] verset 11 :
{ S'ils se repentent, accomplissent la salât et acquittent la zakat, ils deviendront vos frères en religion. Nous exposons intelligiblement les versets pour des gens qui savent. }

La Salât est réellement une répétition pratique de notre foi. Dans cette prière nous nous tenons devant notre Dieu, les mains liées, inclinés sur les genoux, prosternés, les mains sur le sol et assis d'une manière humble; nous nous déclarons être esclaves de notre Sauveur, nous sollicitons Son secours et Sa guidée, nous Lui renouvelons notre déclaration d'obéissance.
Cela consolide la fondation de notre Foi, cinq fois par jour, et nous prépare à exprimer l'esprit de dévotion.
Plus nous serons sincères dans notre Salât, plus nous nous « rapprocherons » d'Allah le Très Haut...
D'après Uqbah ibn Amir : « J'ai entendu le Messager d'Allah dire :
"Votre Seigneur est enchanté par un berger qui, du sommet d'une montagne escarpée, donne l'appel à la prière et prie. Alors Allah dit : Regardez Mon serviteur, il appelle à la prière et accomplit ses prières. Il est dans Ma crainte. J'ai pardonné Mon serviteur [ses péchés] et Je l'ai admis dans le Paradis. » [ Rapporté par an-Nasa'i par une bonne chaîne de transmission.]
En conséquence, nous devons être très réguliers au sujet de la Salât, nous devons l'accomplir régulièrement avec dévotion et toujours en « djama'a » ( en groupe)... Chaque Salât doit être accomplie avec une sincérité et une dévotion parfaites. Nous devons accomplir la prière d'une telle façon qu'elle constitue pour nous, au jour du Jugement dernier, une lumière à notre égard, un argument en notre faveur et un moyen pour notre délivrance.
Nous devons croire que c'est le seul moyen pour la réalisation de tous nos besoins, et un guide pour l'observation totale du code islamique de vie dans son ensemble. Allah le Tout Puissant dit dans le glorieux Coran :
{ Réussiront vraiment ceux qui sont des croyants, humbles dans leur Salât }

Sans surprise, Moscou a annoncé mardi que le "oui" l’emportait largement lors des référendums d’annexion de ces quatre régions ukrainiennes. Un résultat balayé d'un revers de main par la communauté internationale, tant le caractère fantoche et illégal saute aux yeux. "Une mascarade", a commenté la ministre des affaires étrangères française, Catherine Colonna. De son côté, le président Zelensky a affirmé que son pays "agira pour défendre son peuple" dans les régions occupées. Le chef de l'Etat a aussi considéré impossible de négocier avec Moscou après ces référendums.
Pendant ce temps, des fuites sont soudainement survenues ce lundi et mardi sur les deux pipelines Nord Stream 1 et 2 reliant la Russie à l'Allemagne. Des fuites qui seraient la conséquence "d'actes délibérés", selon la Première ministre danoise, Mette Frederiksen. L'Union européenne, par le biais de son chef de la diplomatie Josep Borrell, évoque quant à elle un "sabotage" et met en garde aujourd'hui contre toute attaque ciblant ses infrastructures. Alors que les doigts sont pointés vers la Russie, le Kremlin rejette toute responsabilité et pointe du doigt les Etats-Unis.
Les tensions s'accentuent donc, dans un contexte de mobilisation partielle décrétée par Vladimir Poutine il y a une semaine. Des milliers de jeunes Russes tentent depuis de quitter le pays pour éviter d'aller de force au front. Les frontières n'étant pour le moment pas fermées, ces hommes fuient massivement vers les pays ne demandant aucun visa, comme en Géorgie. Ce petit pays à l'est de la Mer Noire se retrouve donc malgré lui pays d'accueil.
Dans ce contexte, l'efficacité des sanctions européennes envers la Russie est remise en question. Si les prévisions indiquent une chute de 11% du PIB de la Russie, et une inflation à 22%, les effets ne sont pas aussi forts qu'attendus. La Russie a su notamment rediriger ses exportations de gaz vers l'Asie, en Chine et en Inde. L'économie russe résiste donc mieux que prévu, poussant ainsi l'Occident a accentuer encore ses sanctions. Ursula von der Leyen, qui estime cependant que la Russie est "quasiment en état de cessation de paiement", se positionne pour des mesures plus fortes encore.
Alors, quelles seront les conséquences de ces référendums d'annexion organisés par la Russie ? Qui est derrière les fuites de Nord Stream 1 et 2 ? Les jeunes Russes vont-ils pouvoir continuer à fuir leur pays ? Les sanctions envers Moscou sont-elles insuffisantes ?
